ShadowSense AI (shadowsenseai.in) analyses network-flow metadata for security monitoring.

• Sign-in: we store your email address and a session cookie. Google sign-in only gives us your verified email.
• Support: tickets you send (your email, subject, message) and our replies.
• Security data: flow metadata submitted by the operator of a monitored network, or by the ShadowSense agent you install on your own computer (IP addresses, ports, byte and packet counts, predictions). The agent never sends packet payloads, page contents or URLs. Data from your device is visible only to your account.
• Audit records of administrative actions.
• We don't sell data or show ads. Events are deleted after the retention period (30 days by default).
• Email us to ask for your data to be deleted.
